The working principle of the exhaust valve
I often hear us talk about various valves. Today, I will introduce us to the working principle of the exhaust valve.
When there is air in the system, the gas accumulates on the upper part of the exhaust valve, the gas accumulates in the valve, and the pressure rises. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the gas will drop the water level in the chamber, and the float will drop with the water level. Turn on the exhaust After the gas is exhausted, the water level rises, and the float rises accordingly. To close the exhaust port, such as tightening the valve cap on the valve body, the exhaust valve stops exhausting. Normally, the valve cap should be in the open state, and it can also be connected with The isolation valve is used in conjunction to facilitate the maintenance of the exhaust valve.
1. The float of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PPR and composite materials, which will not deform even if it is immersed in high-temperature water for a long time. It will not cause difficulty in pontoon movement.
2. The buoy lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the buoy and the support adopts movable connection, so it will not rust during long-term operation and cause the system to fail to operate and cause water leakage.
3. The sealing end face of the lever is supported by a tension spring, which can be correspondingly elastic with the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing performance without exhaust.
4. When the exhaust valve is installed, it is best to install it together with the blocking valve, so that when the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the system can be sealed and water will not flow out. Low-density PP material, this material will not be deformed even if it is immersed in high temperature water for a long time.
