1. Impurities stuck to the valve sealing surface
Sometimes the valve is not tightly closed suddenly. It may be that there is an impurity stuck between the sealing surface of the valve. At this time, do not apply force to close the valve. You should open the valve slightly, and then try to close it. Try repeatedly, usually it can be eliminated. Check again. The quality of the media should also be kept clean.
Second, the stem thread is rusty
For valves that are usually in the open state, when they are accidentally closed, because the valve stem threads have rusted, they may not close tightly. In this case, the valve can be opened and closed several times, and the bottom of the valve body can be knocked with a small hammer at the same time, and the valve can be closed tightly without grinding and repairing the valve.
Three, the valve sealing surface is damaged
In the case that the switch does not close tightly after many attempts, it is that the sealing surface has been damaged, or the sealing surface has been damaged by corrosion or particle scratches in the medium. In this case, it should be reported for repair.
Fourth, the valve stem and the valve clack are not well connected
In this case, it is necessary to add lubricating oil to the valve stem and the valve stem nut to ensure the flexible opening and closing of the valve. There must be a formal maintenance plan to strengthen the maintenance of the valve.
